The Institute for Building Damage Diagnostics is specialized in building investigations, room air measurements and specialist construction management throughout German-speaking Switzerland. Our customers include private and public property owners, buyers of properties and architects. We are looking to strengthen our team with a Diagnostiker/in Gebäudeschadstoffe (60-100%) immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: • Building investigation: determine pollutants (asbestos, PCB etc.) and measure room air • Concepts: create plans for renovation and disposal • Specialist construction management: plan renovations, tender and accompany on site • Acceptances: control renovation zones and perform clearance measurements according to VDI - Communication: write reports and care for customers or partners Your profile • Education: Technical or construction-related basic training • Experience: 1–2 years in pollutant diagnostics • Certificate: Swiss recognition (or willingness to take the course) • Language: Stylistically secure German • PC skills: Secure handling of MS-Office • Way of working: Independent, precise and customer-oriented • Mobility: Driver's license category B Your advantages • Varied projects and high degree of personal responsibility • Motivated, interdisciplinary team • Modern working environment and flexible working hours • Support for further training • Development opportunities in a growing company • Contemporary employment conditions Have we aroused your interest?
