Your tasks – Your chance Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle from "Hire to Retire" and ensuring professional HR support across all phases Support in recruitment processes in close cooperation with the HR Business Partner and the managers Planning, organization, and coordination of a professional on- and offboarding process Creation of employment contracts, employment references, as well as other personnel-relevant documents Ensuring compliance with labor law, regulatory, and internal requirements Processing and coordination of topics in the area of social insurance, withholding tax, work permits, as well as international employees Support for employees with administrative and personnel-relevant questions Participation in and shaping of talent development, learning, and HR projects Expansion of occupational health management and the implementation of employee surveys Further development and optimization of HR processes, guidelines, and standards Support with HR reporting, audits, as well as compliance-relevant questions Responsibility for the maintenance of master personnel data as well as quality assurance of personnel documentation and HR data Close cooperation with HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner Operations, and HR Assistant as well as internal and external contact persons Your profile – What you bring with you Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR specialist (HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann) with a federal diploma Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist/in in a dynamic and international corporate environment Sound knowledge of labor law and social insurance Experience in dealing with withholding tax, work permits, and international employees Confident appearance as well as high service and solution orientation Independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
