Ittigen and Berne (and home office) | 100-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Think of, implement, and lead a competence center dedicated to web communication and audiovisual production • Ensure services for the seven federal offices and the General Secretariat, manage resources according to needs • Develop and implement strategies, plans, and standards for the web and audiovisual production in the field of digital communication • Represent the department within cross-functional bodies and collaborate with the communication managers of the offices • Promote innovations, particularly regarding the use of artificial intelligence in communication • Encourage employees and develop a common conception of quality <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution (specialized technical college or university) in the field of digital or audiovisual media, multimedia, communication, or equivalent qualification • Proven experience in management, ideally within the framework of implementation or transformation projects • In-depth knowledge of digital communication: web communication, content management systems, social networks, audiovisual production • Experience in managing different, sometimes competing, interest groups • Experience in support and communication related to change processes • Preferably, experience in the implementation or management of shared service units • Good active knowledge of at least two official languages, passive knowledge of a third official language. <br /> In a few words From the very beginning, you will participate in the implementation of a digital communication center at the department level and define its orientation.
