Fixed-term until March 2027 Your tasks • For various internal and external statistics, settlements and reports, you prepare HR key figures and create periodic reports and evaluations for internal stakeholders. • You carry out the recurring booking processes. • Maintenance of master data in our HRM systems. • You support in projects and other tasks and are the contact person for HRM-internal inquiries. Your profile • Business administration degree or comparable training • Knowledge of (payroll) accounting • Several years of activity in HR controlling and/or in finance and accounting • Technically proficient and high IT affinity, in particular Excel, Access databases, Power Query, Power BI, MIS systems such as HCe being an advantage • Analytical and structured way of working with a high sense of quality • Enjoyment of conceptual tasks as well as recurring activities Your salary ## Your gross salary at a 100% workload is expected to be between 106'000 and 124'000 Franken per year. The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
