Finance Manager 100% Shape the future of our Finance organization We are an internationally active corporate group based in Wollerau/Wädenswil and are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality who will further develop our finance organization and at the same time manage the operational daily business professionally. You will report directly to the Executive Management and take on a central role in the further expansion of our Finance function. The position offers excellent development opportunities up to an international Finance Director or CFO role. Your tasks You are responsible for the entire finance and accounting of the companies and coordinate the cooperation with our international group companies. Your main tasks include: Leadership and further development of financial accounting Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER Coordination of the group-wide consolidation process Responsibility for tax and VAT matters Liquidity planning and cash management Budgeting, forecasts as well as financial analyses Further development of the internal control system and the finance processes Contact person for audit bodies, banks and external consultants Support of the Executive Management in strategic and financial matters Participation in projects, company formations and organizational developments Close cooperation with Supply Chain, Human Resources and Legal departments Support with organizational and administrative topics Your profile You combine sound accounting competence with entrepreneurial thinking and want to take on responsibility.
