Your tasks · Management of the night reception from 22.30 – 07.00 Uhr (Check-in/Check-out) · Answering e-mails and telephone inquiries (Reservations) · Control rounds and maintaining night peace · Preparation of the breakfast buffet · Preparation and follow-up of seminar rooms · Bar service, sale of soft drinks, beer and wine Your profile You have already gained several years of experience at the reception or in a similar position and are a born night owl. With your at least 25 years, you have a healthy ability to assert yourself and are not easily disturbed. You like to work independently and are familiar with common EDV programs. Possibly, you already have experience with a reservation system or have a quick grasp? Irregular working hours and weekend shifts are not an obstacle for you, but allow you to plan your free time flexibly. If you also speak another language in addition to good German and English, you are exactly right with us. Students, re-entrants and career changers are also welcome.
