Project Manager in Civil Engineering

This is what you can achieve. • As a project manager, you are responsible for a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects, in particular engineering structures, which you control from the preliminary study to commissioning. • You take over the overall management of the projects and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and safety. • You are the central point of contact for coordinating external contractors, internal specialists, and external stakeholders, and ensure an efficient interface with railway operations. • You take over the control and validation of designs as well as the dimensioning of structures and conduct internal expert opinions if necessary. • Depending on the dossier, you take over the overall management of the construction execution and represent the projects in committees or external bodies. This is what you bring. • Thanks to your career and experience, you work proactively and initiatively. You can lead interdisciplinary teams and convince different conversation partners. • You have several years of professional experience, e.g. in planning offices, in construction management or in project management. Initial experiences in the field of railway project management are a significant advantage. • You have in-depth technical knowledge in the calculation, planning, and execution of structures, e.g. with experience in the field of reinforced concrete and/or metal construction. • You have a degree as a civil engineer (ETH/FH or equivalent). • You are fluent in French and have very good German language skills, which you can use in your daily work (at least level B2).
