Your mission As a Cook, you will be responsible for the daily production of meals while participating in the creation of our culinary identity. Every day, you will prepare our five formulas: 🍽 Plat du jour Traditional, family, and seasonal cuisine. 🌍 Formule Découverte World cuisine and original recipes allowing customers to discover new flavors. 🌱 Formule Végétarienne Gourmet, balanced, and creative dishes. 🍝 Formule Pasta Recipes inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. 🥗 Formule Light Meal salads, bowls, and balanced dishes. Your responsibilities Your mission will notably include: Preparing meals daily in compliance with quality standards. Participating in the creation and renewal of menus. Imagining new recipes adapted to our clientele. Proposing varied dishes according to the seasons. Managing raw materials and stocks. Optimizing production costs while guaranteeing quality. Limiting food waste. Organizing daily production efficiently. Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Collaborating with management to continuously develop our offering. Profile sought We are looking for a person who: has training in cooking or significant experience; masters both traditional cuisine and world cuisines; appreciates culinary creativity; knows how to produce meals in quantity while maintaining constant quality; is organized, rigorous, and autonomous; understands the profitability challenges of culinary production; is proactive and appreciates innovation; wishes to invest in an entrepreneurial project in the long term. What we offer We are a young company in full construction. The position begins with a workload representing approximately 10 to 20 % of a full-time position, while accompanying the launch and development of our activity. This workload is intended to evolve progressively according to the growth of the company.
