You are responsible for capacity planning and ensure that the specifications regarding schedule, quality and costs are met within the production lines. In cooperation with production engineering, you ensure flawlessly functioning equipment, automated machines and processes, which you test and introduce in your area according to specified standards. As a determined "doer", you support the production introduction of new drives and keep the continuous improvement process in motion, coordinate the finding of solutions with the involved areas (production engineering, logistics, purchasing, quality management, etc.) and fix any weaknesses.
