What you bring with you Joy in sharing your consulting expertise with our clients and colleagues * as well as: Several years of consulting experience: At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, of which two years at least in a leadership role in Switzerland. Sound, cross-cutting knowledge in at least 2-3 of our focus industries such as mechanical & plant engineering, trade & logistics, maintenance service providers (MRO) or defense, and regarding current challenges and industry trends. Analytical problem-solving competence with high result orientation, initiative, desire to shape, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit. Convincing appearance through outstanding communication and presentation skills at all corporate levels (English/German C1 - other languages desirable). Haven excellent teamwork skills, social competencies, strong listening and communication skills, as well as the will to constantly develop yourself and others.
