Approximately 380 employees work in the municipal administration, providing comprehensive daily services to the population. The Social Services department is part of the Social department and is responsible for the areas of social assistance and adult protection, offering advice and support to individuals facing social and/or financial problems. We are constantly looking for professionals and wish to include your application in our talent pool if we do not have a current vacancy. Your areas of activity include • Accounts receivable for economic social assistance, voluntary management of income and assets, as well as adult protection • Payment management • Mail processing • Support for social workers in various administrative tasks • General secretarial work • Telephone service and reception What you bring • Basic commercial training or equivalent training • Continuing education in the field of social security and/or accounting • Ideally, professional experience in a social service or in child and adult protection, or continuing education in this field • Understanding of numbers and solid IT skills (MS Office, KLIBnet) • Open and communicative personality with a strong sense of service • Enjoyment of working in a team as well as independently • Sense of responsibility and interest in social issues   We offer you a varied, responsible, and demanding activity within an open team as well as an attractive workplace in the center of the town of Wädenswil.
