Your tasks • You are responsible for the efficient, goal- and solution-oriented processing of reported accidents and, in this context, provide statements on the benefit possibilities (accident definition/causality examinations) • The calculation and payment of daily allowances as well as the verification of medical cost invoices are also within your responsibility • You are in contact with insured persons, their employers and treating doctors and are therefore also responsible for case management • Creating individual correspondence completes the area of responsibility of case processing • You deal with general specialist questions and are jointly responsible for maintaining contact with customers. • You bring an interest in specialist management tasks; optionally, if suitable, it is possible to take over the function as a deputy group leader Your profile • You have a commercial or paramedical vocational training.
