Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • receiving and directing bank customers • advising bank customers • supporting bank customers via digital channels • assisting in customer consultation • administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. What do you bring with you? ## School-related: • Completed secondary level at the highest school level with good grades • Very good German skills, proficient orally & in writing • Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages Personal: • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Ability to work in a team • Reliability and precise working • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in everyday banking and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the professional field and the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
