Educator or social animator or educator or social animator HES or ES - Reinforcement unit for the inclusive environment in extracurricular care

The development of extracurricular care, the importance of community issues, and the desire to welcome diversity have led us to create an inclusion reinforcement unit. In order to strengthen the operational team composed of 4 people, we are looking for a seasoned professional possessing experience in childhood, complex situations and/or in another field of social work. Under the guidance of the deputy in charge of inclusion in the extracurricular sector, these employees will be required to work in several structures within children's communities, for determined times and mandates. They support reflection and accompany socio-educational projects with the aim of developing the inclusive environment within the structures. Operating in very variable contexts and situations, this team must be able to adapt its work while remaining in compliance with the service's reception and inclusion policy. Missions ##### • Ensure the care of a group of children in compliance with the pedagogical line of the structure in reinforcement of the educational team • Manage, document, and adjust individual and collective socio-educational projects • Accompany analysis and reflection in a team regarding complex situations • Include the different stakeholders in the reception and education of the group of children • Cooperate with the deputy in charge of inclusion in the construction of the inclusive policy of the extracurricular sector • Respond to specific administrative tasks Profile ##### • Title of social educator or social animator (HES or ES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on day care for children (LAJE) • Proven professional experience in observation, analysis, and individual and group care • Good knowledge of collective reception venues and group dynamics • Ability to document their activity and that of the group of children Activity rate ##### 70% Salary class ##### 7 Special conditions ##### Clean criminal records (ordinary and special) Schedules with activity during school holidays Work planning over 4 days Start of function ##### 01.10.2026 or to be agreed Please send us your application and the usual documents by 14.08.2026 via the online form.
