The profession As a health specialist (FaGe), you can expect to care for, support, and accompany patients of all ages, as well as their relatives, and support them in shaping their daily lives. The focus is on proximity to people and nursing support in daily activities. In addition to nursing tasks, medical-technical procedures, as well as household, logistical, and administrative services, are part of the profession. Health specialists are part of the care team, are subordinate to qualified nursing professionals, and work closely with other professional groups. What to expect • 3-year training with a degree from the Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) • Vocational school: 2 days of instruction per week in the first two years of training, 1 day per week in the last year of training • Inter-company courses (ÜK): a total of 34 days during the training • If suitable, there is the possibility to complete the Berufsmatura (BM1); for this, an additional day of instruction per week is attended during all three years of training • Accompaniment by experienced trainers in a modern work environment • Diverse learning, development, and future opportunities within the Insel Group What you bring • Your resume • The last 2 school certificates • Evaluations and/or confirmations of all vocational orientation internships • Multicheck results, if available Our application process You fill out the questionnaire and choose your desired location.
