La Société des Remontées Mécaniques de La Berra SA (SRM La Berra SA) manages the ski resort's mechanical lifts, La Berra, founded in 1946, located at medium altitude in the district of la Gruyère. Based on modern infrastructures regularly renewed, it offers its customers a wide range of summer and winter activities. As part of its succession to the direction, the station is looking for a director. MISSION Operational management of the station under the authority of the Board of Directors: Directing all activities (operation, administration, finance, HR, marketing). Representing the company to official authorities and partners. Supervising the facilities, slopes, and infrastructures. Piloting the development strategy and the station's projects. PROFILE Education & experience: Confirmed experience in management and team leadership. Knowledge of the mechanical lifts sector or mountain tourism, an asset. Federal certificate, bachelor's degree or equivalent training (management, tourism, mechanical lifts). Skills: Confirmed abilities in staff management and team motivation. Results-oriented entrepreneurial spirit. Perfect mastery of French and very good knowledge of German (or vice versa). Mastery of office tools (Excel, management systems).
