Senior Site Manager / Construction Project Manager Positioning of the role Reporting directly to General Management. Central mission: To structure and lead the construction department of the general contractor, ensuring both: the operational management of construction sites the preparation of estimates and budgets This position is evolvable towards Head of Construction Priority objectives (first 12 months) Lead several operations autonomously. Plan works and coordinate various stakeholders. Organize and lead site meetings. Ensure technical, financial, and administrative monitoring of projects. Control costs, deadlines, quality, and safety. Establish financial forecasts and ensure margin monitoring. Detailed missions Site Management: Lead several operations autonomously. Plan works and coordinate various stakeholders. Organize and lead site meetings. Ensure technical, financial, and administrative monitoring of projects. Control costs, deadlines, quality, and safety. Establish financial forecasts and ensure margin monitoring. Manage additional works and amendments. Validate progress claims and invoices from companies. Ensure work handovers, the clearing of defects, and final completion monitoring. Establish regular reporting to Management. Price Studies / Estimating: Analyze tender documents. Perform measurements and quantities (CFC). Develop provisional budgets. Consult companies and negotiate offers. Perform comparative analyses. Research technical and economic variants. Participate in the development of commercial offers. Develop and maintain a price database. Profile sought Education: Site Manager ES Technician in construction management Construction Engineer Or solid equivalent experience in a general contractor Confirmed experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a general contractor in Switzerland. Solid experience in construction management. Good mastery of price studies. Experience with several projects conducted simultaneously. Indispensable technical skills: You particularly master: SIA standards; CFC; tenders and enterprise contracts; the financial monitoring of operations; MS Office tools, in particular Excel. Mastery of MS Project, AutoCAD, Odoo is a real asset. A good knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric as well as a network of partner companies will be appreciated.
