Share What can you expect? ## During your 3-year training, you will be deployed in the following work situations to gain a holistic insight into banking: • Receiving and forwarding bank customers • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively • Assisting in the consultation of customers • Advising bank customers and supporting them through digital channels In addition to the classic work situations in banking, you will also encounter topics such as marketing and project management in your training with us. In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete your training with us either with an EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational maturity. At the same time, you will attend the vocational school (BWZ Rapperswil SG) one to two days a week, as well as the inter-company courses at CYP, a competence center for modern banking knowledge, about once a month. What do you bring? ## • Completed highest secondary school with good to very good performances • Enjoyment of customer contact and working in different teams • Interest in banking and economic contexts • Interest in dealing with digital media • Reliability, openness to new things, willingness to learn, commitment, and communication skills • Vocational maturity: very good school grades at the highest school level and passed entrance exam
