Design Engineer in Microtechnology 80-100 %

We are recruiting: Design Engineer in Microtechnology Occupancy rate: 80 to 100 % Lecureux SA is a leader in the field of assembly and control automation systems for the watchmaking and medical industries. All our products are developed and assembled within our company. As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Design Engineer in Microtechnology ## in order to design, develop and optimize precision mechanical systems for our special machines and automation solutions. Your main missions • Design and develop high-precision mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies • Carry out feasibility studies, technical concepts and preliminary projects • Elaborate plans, manufacturing files and bills of materials • Participate in the development of innovative solutions for automation, assembly and control systems • Collaborate closely with the project, production, assembly, purchasing and R&D teams • Ensure technical follow-up of achievements, from design to commissioning • Participate in design reviews, risk analyses and technical validations • Optimize designs taking into account cost, quality, deadline, manufacturing and assembly constraints • Provide technical support to internal teams as well as to project managers • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes and design standards Your profile • You have higher education in microtechnology, mechanics, industrial design or equivalent, such as HES/EPF engineer, ES technician or training deemed equivalent. • You have proven experience in precision mechanical design, ideally in the fields of microtechnology, special machines, automation, watchmaking, medical or a demanding industrial environment. • You master 3D CAD tools and are comfortable with the creation of technical plans, mechanical dimensioning, material selection and constraints related to manufacturing and assembly. • You are rigorous, autonomous, creative and solution-oriented. • Your analytical spirit, your sense of detail and your ability to work in a team allow you to develop reliable, precise solutions adapted to customer needs.
