In short, we always keep in mind that our end client is the human being behind their machine To support its development, Evolutis SA is looking for a senior systems engineer Your tasks: • Lead and manage IT system installation or optimization projects • Perform maintenance interventions on Clients' IT systems • Follow up on requests and incidents reported by Level 1 Hotline, until their closure • Ensure Client satisfaction, by paying particular attention to compliance with service commitments Your technical knowledge: VMWare, Windows Server, Active Directoy, Microsoft 365, RDS, Exchange, Veeam Network: Switch, VLAN, Firewall Sophos / Fortinet, VPN Your profile: • CFC IT specialist training or equivalent title • More than 3 years of experience in IT system management in an IT service company or in a demanding sector of activity • Experience in independently carrying out IT system installation and optimization project management • Expert analytical skills to delve deep and find the causes of malfunctions, and propose the most effective solution • Sense of Client service: professional behavior focused on reactivity, efficiency, interpersonal and writing skills • Good presentation and communication • Quick-witted, you know how to anticipate, take initiatives and propose improvements • Rigorous, you know how to manage your stress and know how to manage priorities • You wish to improve yourself and get involved in a growing SME • Very good level of English in order to be able to respond to clients and various publisher/manufacturer supports • Swiss or Permit C Driving license valid We offer: A dynamic environment Varied work The possibility to develop your technical knowledge Responsibilities and autonomy Start date: Immediately or to be agreed Application with motivation letter, copy of diplomas, work certificates, salary expectations, availability and references (Complete files PLEASE).
