As a junior project manager, you will take responsibility for technical comparative tests, research projects, and the development of our testing methods. A central point of your activity is the technical management of our two-wheeler test bench as well as the performance of tests in the field of electric mobility, ranging from passenger cars to motorcycles, including electric bicycles, electric scooters, and other micromobility vehicles. Your challenges ## • Technical responsibility for the operation and development of the two-wheeler test bench. • Planning, organization, and implementation of comparative tests and products in the field of automotive technology. • Project management in the field of electric mobility for vehicles of all categories (passenger cars, motorcycles, electric bicycles, cargo bikes, electric scooters, and other micromobility vehicles). • Development, implementation, and documentation of technical measurement procedures and testing methods. • Participation in national and international research projects. • Analysis of technical measurement data as well as writing specialized reports and publications. • Advising internal and external stakeholders on technical issues. • Presentation of test results to the media, partners, and the public. • Collaboration with national and international partner organizations as well as research institutes. What you bring ## • Bachelor's degree (FH, ETH, EPFL or university) in automotive technology, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field. • Passion for automotive technology and new forms of mobility. • Interest in electric mobility and innovative automotive technologies. • Analytical mindset as well as a structured and autonomous way of working. • Taste for practical development and testing work. • Great personal initiative, team spirit, and excellent communication skills. • Very good knowledge of German or French as well as good knowledge of a second national language.
