Your tasks ## • Processing of creditor workflows up to booking and payment release. Checking incoming, already pre-recorded creditor workflows and recording missing information. Necessary approvals are obtained via workflow • Responsibility for maintaining and updating creditor master data • Monitoring the creditor process, clarifying discrepancies, checking incoming reminders, and accelerating these processes • Supporting the accounting team in regularly occurring tasks • Varied special tasks: evaluations, process documentation, and participation in projects • Processing incoming mail • Depending on interest, an insight into all areas of accounting will be provided Your profile ## • Preferably, a current business administration study or alternatively, completion of compulsory school and attendance at a secondary school/training • Independent, structured, and very reliable working method • Basic knowledge of accounting • Familiarity with EDV systems • Very good German language skills and good English language skills in word and writing Your benefit ## As open as SCHOTT is to your development, our range of additional benefits is just as comprehensive.
