AI Architecture Project Lead

Your tasks and responsibilities • You will take over the leadership of strategic innovation projects with a focus on AI technologies across our entire machine and supply chain landscape – from the idea to successful implementation • In close cooperation with our knowledge holders and process specialists in IT, SAP, CRM, PLM and CAx, you will analyze existing processes, technologies and requirements and identify concrete application possibilities for AI technologies • To this end, you will be in active exchange with the Data & Analytics team of the corporate group and actively help shape our AI architecture and roadmap • You will independently initiate, plan and budget projects, control partners and service providers and accompany projects through all phases • As a project manager, you will lead interdisciplinary teams through transformation processes and ensure that new AI solutions are sustainably integrated into processes, systems and organization • With precise project controlling, you will keep an eye on progress, quality, budget and risks, measure success against clearly defined KPIs and present results to management and stakeholders • You are responsible for the systematic measurement of project success as well as the continuous optimization of the introduced solutions and act as a "champion" for AI topics by ensuring the training of colleagues and sustainably anchoring knowledge in the company Your profile • For this strategically important and forward-looking function, you bring technical education and further training (Uni/ETH) in computer science, automation, electrical engineering, data science or a related field – ideally with a specialization in AI/ML and business administration knowledge • You are familiar with the industrial environment and have a good understanding of where and how AI, machine learning or data-driven approaches create real added value – from predictive maintenance to process automation Technical connections of controls, machine software, data flows, interfaces and system architectures are familiar to you • You use AI, analytics and cloud tools in a targeted manner, evaluate their potential and implement suitable solutions in projects • As a committed personality with drive, you know how to inspire your stakeholders and project teams, steer complex projects and manage several tasks in parallel • You communicate fluently in German and English and bring a confident appearance in intercultural environments Our offer to you • An exciting key role with a lot of responsibility and creative freedom in an innovation-driven industrial company • The opportunity to actively build our AI strategy and sustainably shape the digital future of our machines • A modern working environment at an established market leader with an international orientation and Swiss roots Your contact person Nathalie Borel looks forward to your application!
