Missions Reporting to the General Management, you take responsibility for all accounting and financial activities of the company: • Management of general and analytical accounting • Carrying out monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Production of financial reporting and performance analyses • Management of treasury and tax matters • Preparation of budgets and monitoring of forecasts • Participation in the continuous improvement of financial processes • Supervision and development of an accounting employee • Supporting Management in strategic and operational reflections Candidate Profile • Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting desired or training deemed equivalent (Bachelor, Master or comparable title) • Good knowledge of Swiss accounting, taxation, and financial reporting • Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written (C1 level) • Professional English (B2 level) desired • Experience within an SME or a human-sized structure appreciated • Team spirit and sense of collaboration • Pragmatic and operational approach • Excellent interpersonal skills, humility, reliability, and sense of responsibility Conditions and Advantages Our client offers you : • Position of responsibility with direct exposure to General Management • Human-sized working environment • Possibility of 1 day of teleworking per week
