we create options Der Burghof is an institution of the Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime and offers 44 places for male adolescents and young adults aged 14 to 25 with social, educational, and vocational integration needs. The offering includes four assisted living groups (3 apprentice houses, 1 observation station), Assisted Living in shared apartments or single apartments, day living, internal vocational training offers in nine training companies, the internal school (VBH), the Training & Orientation area, as well as the psychiatric-psychological service (PPD). We offer a diverse, flexible and modularized range of services in the care, training, promotion and support of adolescents and young adults. We stabilize, rehabilitate and integrate adolescents. Persofort or by agreement, we have a vacancy in Assisted Living (apprentice houses) as Social Worker 80-100 % Assisted Living ## Your everyday life ### Support and care of adolescents aged 14 to 25 in interaction with a social pedagogical team. You are co-responsible in an interdisciplinary team for the case management of your reference adolescents. In the sense of a participatory-oriented development planning, you can create development options with and for the adolescents.  Your skills ### You have a degree in social work, social pedagogy, socio-cultural animation (FH or HF), psychology or psychiatric nursing. Experience in (inpatient) work with children or adolescents would be an advantage. You are able to express yourself clearly both orally and in writing. You are curious about interdisciplinary cooperation, and you also recognize the advantages of irregular working hours as well as weekend and night shifts. You are at least 25 years old, appreciate an independent way of working and do not lose your sense of humor even in turbulent times. Your interest in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for each individual adolescent spurs you on.
