Your responsibilities will include the following tasks: Operation and maintenance of a commercial property in the technical and infrastructural area Small repair work on building technology systems and equipment Coordination and control of external craftsmen during maintenance and renovation work Creating offers for our customers Assisting in organizing and implementing projects Supporting technical and organizational issues Point of contact for owners, administration, tenants, authorities, neighbors, and internal departments for technical questions Maintenance and care of building and outdoor facilities Performing cleaning and environmental work Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the property Standby service This is what you bring.
