Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Manage and develop the Architecture and UI/UX sectors team from technical, organizational, and personnel perspectives • Assume, in the role of CTO, responsibility for the enterprise architecture, solutions, and technologies as well as ensuring their alignment with ICT strategy, standards, and directives • Advise the CIO and relevant stakeholders on architecture and technology issues and contribute to the definition of the ICT strategy • Ensure transparent and adequate communication on architecture topics across different hierarchical levels, both within the IT sector and towards the specialist sectors of the AFC • Manage innovation and technological research; assume responsibility for the tools and technologies used as well as user-oriented UI/UX standards <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Master's degree in computer science, business administration and/or engineering • At least five years of experience in managing employees in a direct hierarchical line and/or within the scope of agile software projects • Ability to translate corporate strategy into a coherent technological and architectural strategy • Excellent knowledge of software development methods and solid knowledge in the field of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) • Good knowledge of a second official language; knowledge of a third official language and English <br /> In summary Put your leadership skills, technological excellence, and strategic project management to use in a key role characterized by high managerial and organizational responsibilities.
