Job Description: As Sous Chef Banquet, you play a decisive role in our dynamic team. You are the right hand of the Executive Chef in the conception, preparation, and presentation of our culinary offerings. Together with the Executive Chef, you lead the kitchen brigade and keep an eye on ordering, mise-en-place, as well as quality and hygiene standards. You have the operational management of the production of cold and warm dishes at events and banquets with high standards. You are creative and make a significant contribution to the conception of new dishes. What you bring with you: A completed apprenticeship as Koch EFZ with professional experience preferably in a similar position. You have leadership experience and the desire to take on responsibility. You have a hands-on mentality as well as experience and interest in high-end banquet and event business. You have a knack for organization and a confident handling of HACCP. Your flexibility, commitment, creativity, and enthusiasm for high-quality cuisine and fresh products round off your profile.
