Organisationstalent Admin & Disposition 60%–100% Your tasks You coordinate and process customer orders from recording to delivery You keep an overview of the silo levels and organize the corresponding deliveries You plan and dispatch the tours of our transports You answer customer inquiries by phone and e-mail promptly and competently You work closely with transport companies, drivers, and internal departments You take care of the invoicing of silo installations, rentals, and credits You perform administrative tasks independently and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the day-to-day business.
