Construction Manager/Heating Installer (m/w/d) 80–100 %

For our client, we are looking for a committed individual as a construction manager/heating installer, effective immediately or by agreement. Your tasks • Independent organization, coordination, and management of heating construction sites in new and renovation construction • Leadership and allocation of the assembly team • Timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution of heating installations according to plans and specifications • Material ordering, reporting, and control of material consumption • Point of contact for construction managers, architects, planners, and other trades on site • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations • Participation in construction meetings and contribution to technical solution finding • Control of executed work and support during commissioning and acceptance Your profile • Completed training as a heating installer EFZ or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience and ideally experience in construction management of heating installations • In-depth knowledge of various heating systems • Independent coordination and supervision of construction sites from preparation to completion • Safe handling of plans, schematics, and technical documentation • Experience in leading assembly teams and collaborating with clients, architects, and other trades • Knowledge of relevant norms, regulations, and safety standards • Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented work approach • Category B driver's license an advantage Contact Nebi Elshani mywork AG Niederbipp work-nb@mywork.ag +41 58 501 77 92
