To strengthen our team in the retail sector, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Store Manager (m/w/d), 100%, in the Basel region, as of Your responsibility You ensure the implementation of the company strategy in the omnichannel department store, living the company values actively. You are responsible for ensuring and implementing the commercial goals and measures in the department store, with a particular focus on regionalism. You continuously assess the commercial situation, analyze the relevant key figures, and derive concrete improvement measures from them. You are responsible for the operational planning, coordination, and management of all activities in the department store. You ensure the flow of goods and the availability of goods in the department store at all times. You are responsible for the exchange of information and transparency with headquarters and all stakeholders. You check compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines and initiate targeted measures if necessary. You conduct hiring, termination, and employee interviews independently. You ensure the training and development of employees and young talents. Your profile You have completed basic training in retail and have a higher professional certificate as a retail specialist or can prove a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics. You have completed further training in leadership (e.g., CAS). You have extensive industry knowledge in retail and a very good understanding of the entire market development. You convince through competent and exemplary personnel management and can recognize and promote the development potential of employees very well. You have in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting, procurement and logistics, as well as sales and marketing. You have very good IT skills and are proficient in handling all common office applications. You impress with a quick grasp, an open nature, and a positive aura. You speak fluent German and have an advantage with knowledge of another national language.
