Through your work, you create the prerequisites so that children and adolescents with special support and protection needs receive the assistance they require. You operate at the interface of technical expertise, supervision, quality development and cooperation with service providers and actively help shape child and youth welfare in the Canton of Bern. Your profile <br /> • Licensing of inpatient facilities as well as supervision of outpatient and inpatient facilities (independent management of the assigned portfolio) • Advising service providers regarding offers, handling of special occurrences and during crises • Conducting contract negotiations • Ensuring and verifying the agreed services and quality standards • Development of concepts, guidelines and working instruments • Participation in specialist committees and projects of child and youth welfare <br /> We offer you <br /> • Master's degree in Social Work (at university of applied sciences/university level) or comparable training • Several years of outpatient or inpatient activity in the field of child and youth welfare • Responsible • Strong in dialogue and assertive • Excellent German skills (C2) and good French skills (B1) <br /> Contact Curious?
