Apply Starting situation ### For our client, an established engineering company with a focus on Life Sciences in the Basel area, we are looking for a committed individual as an Automation Engineer Operations Engineering (m/f/d). In this versatile position, you will take over the support and further development of automated process plants in a regulated production environment. You will accompany projects from planning to commissioning and make an important contribution to ensuring reliable and future-oriented production. Vacancy No. 6592 ## Tasks ### • Support and further development of automated process and control systems in production operations • Planning and implementation of plant changes as well as creation of technical specifications and test documentation • Participation in or leadership of automation projects across all project phases • Programming, adaptation, and optimization of automation and process control systems • Support of internal specialist departments with technical questions as well as cooperation with external partners • Analysis and optimization of existing plants as well as evaluation of new automation technologies Requirements ### • Completed degree FH or HF in the field of automation, electrical engineering, or systems technology • Several years of professional experience in the automation of process technology plants, ideally in a GMP environment • Experience with Siemens PCS7, STEP7, TIA Portal, or comparable process control systems • Knowledge in hardware planning with COMOS, AutoCAD, or similar CAE systems is an advantage • Experience in project or sub-project management of automation projects • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong team and communication skills IT ### MS Office: very good Siemens PCS7: good TIA Portal: good COMOS: an advantage AutoCAD: an advantage Languages ### German m+s: very good English m+s: good Start date ### Immediately or by arrangement Work location ### Pratteln Special features ### Look forward to a responsible task in an innovative and highly regulated environment of the Life Science industry.
