In order to complete our teams, we are looking for an : Occupational Therapist CMS - 80% *Find out more about this profession by watching the video below this advertisement.* Your main mission will be to manage rehabilitation and re-education situations for our clients of all ages in order to preserve as well as develop their autonomy. Your main tasks: • Evaluate the needs regarding prevention, rehabilitation, and re-education of clients and jointly develop an adequate intervention plan • Intervene at the client's home to meet objectives while promoting the maintenance and development of their skills • Adapt therapeutic equipment and manage common auxiliary means • Propose treatments, advise and support the client and their surroundings • Coordinate the client's care with the multidisciplinary team and the network • Manage the documentation related to your activity Profile: • HES diploma in occupational therapy or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland • Interest in the promotion and development of one's field of activity among colleagues • An initial professional experience in a rehabilitation service, in home care or in a private medical practice • Negotiation skills and an assertive professional positioning • Ability and interest in working in an interdisciplinary team and with network partners • Being comfortable in supporting clients presenting mental health pathologies represents an asset • Mastery of usual IT tools • Driver's license and vehicle required We offer: • Independent activity in a dynamic framework conducive to professional development. • Modern and high-performance work tools • Social and salary benefits according to the CCT of the Vaudois semi-public health sector.
