As a genuine interface between the sales teams, partners, and various internal departments, you play a central role in the smooth running of commercial and logistical operations. Your responsibilities Ensure daily administrative and operational support for the sales team. Coordinate order processing, product allocations, and monitoring of commercial activities. Manage invoicing, credits, tariff conditions, and commercial documentation. Keep product, customer, and contract data up to date in internal systems. Ensure coordination with internal teams, logistics partners, and distributors to guarantee the smooth running of operations. Monitor deliveries, logistics operations, customs formalities, and transport-related claims. Participate in sales planning, reporting, and communication with the partner network Your profile Experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or customer service. Excellent organizational, priority management, and service skills. Relational ease, team spirit, and autonomy. Mastery of MS Office tools; SAP or an ERP is an asset.
