Your tasks You advise our customers by telephone, via e-mail, and in person You clarify technical requirements and find suitable solutions You plan fall protection and create offers You accompany your projects from the initial inquiry to the order You work closely with our customers, suppliers, and your team You take responsibility and keep an eye on deadlines and open tasks You contribute your ideas and help to further develop our processes and services What you bring with you A basic technical or manual training, ideally in the roofing, solar, or planning sector Technical understanding and good spatial awareness Enjoyment in understanding complex connections and creating suitable solutions A quick grasp of things and the motivation to learn new things An independent, reliable, and structured way of working Enjoyment in customer contact and clear, binding communication Stylistically confident German and fluent English in spoken and written form – a requirement, as you advise our customers in both languages Good user knowledge of common Office programs CAD knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement We do not expect experience in the field of fall protection – we will teach it to you.
