As a true link between our customers and our workshop, you will actively contribute to offering professional, personalized, and high-quality service. Your missions ## Welcome customers Receive vehicles and identify customer needs Establish repair orders and quotes Plan interventions in coordination with technicians Ensure work follow-up and inform customers of progress Prepare and explain invoices upon vehicle return Manage warranty files and administrative procedures related to after-sales Participate in customer loyalty by guaranteeing an irreproachable customer experience Your profile ## Experience in automotive after-sales reception or a similar role. Good technical knowledge of the automotive sector. Sense of welcome, interpersonal skills, and excellent presentation. Organization, rigor, and the ability to manage several files simultaneously. Team spirit and willingness to invest oneself in a human-sized structure. Proficiency in common IT tools. Oral proficiency in English mandatory.
