As the central contact person for our guests, you always take our customers' concerns seriously and carry them out competently and responsibly or pass on the corresponding instructions. With your communicative and winning personality, you contribute daily to ensuring our guests feel comfortable. You can communicate effortlessly in German and English and, ideally, you also master the French language. Organizational tasks (check-in, check-out, creating offers and confirmations) are easy for you, and you enjoy the coordination of travel groups.
