Project Manager Architecture (m/w/d) 80-100%

Our client, consisting of a group of companies, offers a comprehensive range of services in the field of real estate. For this exciting task, we are looking for a committed personality as a Project Manager Architecture (management function) 100% (m/w/d). In this role, you will accompany varied construction projects from planning to implementation and, together with your team, ensure high-quality and sustainable results. Your area of responsibility: • You are responsible for technical-constructional tasks from planning to the execution project. • You lead the external and internal planning and execution team. • You fulfill the requirements from the building permit. • You are responsible for planning management (planning packages) in all phases. • You implement the document platform and control the planning deliveries. • You coordinate the planning of all project participants and involved specialist planners with regard to feasibility/construction tolerances. • You are responsible for plan checks within the framework of quality assurance, contract basics and SIA guidelines. • You lead planning and coordination meetings including minutes. Your profile: • You are characterized by your independent, structured way of working and high architectural quality awareness. • You have completed training as a draftsman: in EFZ, specialization in architecture or architect: in FH (Swiss degree). • You have professional experience and corresponding specialist knowledge in project management. • You have in-depth experience with CAD systems (preferably ArchiCAD) as well as MS Office programs. • You have knowledge of Swiss building standards (SIA). • You are a communicative, team-capable and solution-oriented personality.
