Field Service (m/f) Your Tasks In this position, you ensure that the IT systems are reliably installed and commissioned on-site at our customers' locations. You install hardware components such as point-of-sale and back-office stations as well as the associated peripherals and ensure that the systems are correctly set up and ready for operation on-site. You configure hardware such as Linux servers, printers, scanners, or network devices and perform necessary software configurations in Linux and Windows environments. Additionally, you prepare devices for installation, configure them according to customer requirements, and coordinate their shipment. Installations often take place outside of the regular opening hours of pharmacies and drugstores, for example early in the morning, in the evening, or occasionally on Saturdays, to avoid disrupting the customers' ongoing operations. In addition to installation, you also support organizational tasks regarding materials and warehouse as well as on-call services on weekends. Your work combines classic craftsmanship with modern IT technology and enables you to gain exciting insights into the digital infrastructure in healthcare. Your Profile Completed training as an electrical installer, assembly electrician, telematiker, or comparable Interest in combining your electrotechnical know-how with IT technologies Manual dexterity as well as a good technical understanding of hardware installations and network technology Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows systems is an advantage Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working Customer-oriented appearance as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact Flexibility for assignments outside of regular opening hours Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a valid driving license Cat.
