Technicien Exploitation CVCS / MCR - POSTE FIXE (H/F/D)

Your mission You like to understand, optimize and secure complex technical installations? You are comfortable with CVC systems and want to evolve in a structured and demanding technical environment? You appreciate both the field and the fine analysis and regulation of installations? As part of the reinforcement of a specialized technical team, we are looking for a CVCS / MCR Operations Technician to ensure the performance and reliability of a multi-site installation park. Your role At the heart of technical infrastructures, you will be in charge of: - Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary installations - Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of CVCS systems - Diagnosing malfunctions and intervening effectively - Supervising technical alarms via centralized management tool - Optimizing regulation loops and energy performance - Carrying out measurements, hydraulic and aeraulic balancing - Participating in functional tests of critical installations - Coordinating and monitoring external companies intervening on site - Ensuring the monitoring of service providers and the quality of interventions - Contributing to small technical projects (descriptions, procurement, work follow-up) - Participating in the permanent service according to a defined schedule You are a key player in the reliability and continuity of operations.
