As part of this function, you will integrate a united team of 7 people where autonomy, mutual aid and professionalism are part of everyday life. This position offers a great diversity of interventions, between preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting and commissioning of heating systems. You will evolve in a stimulating environment, with a good balance between complex technical interventions and organized fieldwork, in direct contact with customers. Technician or Technical Support PAC 100% Mission: • Ensure the commissioning and functional tests of heating installations for a B2C client base • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and technical monitoring of heat pump systems • Diagnose faults and intervene on problems related to cold, electricity and hydraulics • Manage your equipment and tools, place necessary orders and ensure their follow-up • Participate in the on-call service according to a regular schedule • Advise clients on the use of their installation and explain the repairs carried out • Promote maintenance contracts and participate in customer loyalty • Write intervention reports and commissioning certificates • Guarantee a professional, reliable and quality customer service Profile: • CFC as a refrigeration technician, electrician or equivalent training • 2 to 3 years of experience in the after-sales service of heat pumps • Good knowledge of heating systems, refrigeration, electricity and hydraulics • At ease with computer tools and trade applications • Sense of organization, autonomy and sense of responsibility • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation • Driving license essential • Permits for handling refrigerant and flammable fluids are an asset • Current French; knowledge of German and/or English is appreciated What we offer you: • An evolving environment and a favorable balance between professional and private life • The social benefits of a modern company, equal treatment, possibilities for professional development • A strong team spirit and a team proud to collaborate "Together, we move towards success" Need additional information?
