Bern (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Responsible for the development and implementation of crisis management for the entire Federal Economic Supply (AEP) • Manage the organizational aspects of the AEP in the event of a crisis, develop plans and processes and implement them to resolve extraordinary situations • Design crisis scenarios, develop and implement crisis training and exercises for the entire AEP • Trace, in the capacity of "situation leader", a current and reliable picture of the circumstances, analyze developments and support decisions in case of escalation • Substitute for the Resources sector head in their absence (deputization) <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Master in economic sciences or crisis management • Strong analytical skills, ability to explain complex situations depending on the recipients • Experience in crisis management/RM/BCM (ideally in the Federal Administration) • Autonomous working style, excellent drafting skills • Strong social skills, networking ability, ability to adapt one's communication to different targets • Excellent knowledge of two official languages, good knowledge of English <br /> In summary The ideal person will be the point of reference in complex and dynamic situations, capable of maintaining control even under pressure.
