With around 2000 learners, the Schulen kvBL are the regional competence center for training in the commercial and retail sectors, as well as for bridge and integration offers at various locations. At the Zentrum für Brückenangebote BL (ZBA BL) in Muttenz, around 80 teaching and advisory staff accompany approximately 400 adolescents and young adults on their way into vocational training. For the "Kombiniertes Profil - Brückenpraktikum" offer, we are looking for dedicated teachers for input and self-organized learning as well as project teaching (3-12 lessons: Wed: 13:00 – 15:30, Thu: 09:25 – 12:00, Fri: 09:25 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 15:30) at the start of the 2026/27 school year. You accompany adolescents on their way into vocational training and support them in their academic and personal development. The employment is initially fixed-term from 1. August 2026 to , with a possible option for extension until . Until the end of 2026, you will be employed by the Schulen kvBL. With the transfer of the ZBA BL to the Berufsbildungszentrum Baselland as of 1. January 2027, you will become an employee of the Bildungs-, Kultur- und Sportdirektion (BKSD) in the same field of activity. Accompanying and promoting adolescents in self-organized learning (SOL), adapted to group dynamics and developmental stage. Conception and management of practical, action-oriented project teaching, partly also outside the classroom. Individual support of adolescents in technical matters in Math and German. Designing a learning-promoting framework for a heterogeneous class in the transition from school to vocational training. Regular exchange with the class teacher as well as collaboration in the interdisciplinary team. Active participation in the further development of the teaching offer in the Kombiniertes Profil as well as participation in further training, meetings and conventions. Your profile You bring joy and empathy in dealing with adolescents. You have a pedagogical education with a teaching diploma or are about to graduate, or possess an equivalent specialist training with experience in working with adolescents. You are open to innovative teaching and learning forms. Ideally, you bring experience in accompanying adolescents in the transition to vocational training.
