We manufacture machines and systems for process engineering processes, especially pneumatic conveying systems, dosing and mixing systems. At our headquarters in Regensdorf (Zürich), we are looking for an independent and responsible personality as Business Application Manager - Focus ERP (m/w) Your Field of Activity You are responsible for the stable, secure, and economical operation of our ERP system as well as other central business applications and interfaces. In doing so, you also further develop their interaction You manage configurations, data, users, roles, permissions, workflows, and reports You take over license management and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and operational specifications You participate in application projects and independently lead sub-projects You coordinate requirements and solutions with users, process owners, internal departments, service providers, and manufacturers You train users, maintain documentation, and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer You create and maintain application-related extensions such as EDI interfaces, reports, scripts, and masks You take over responsibility for further business applications after prioritization and consultation Your Profile and Your Qualifications You have training or further education in computer science, business informatics, application development, or a comparable specialist field. Equivalent practical experience in the application environment is equally welcome. A background in software development fits particularly well with tasks related to EDI interfaces, reports, scripts, and masks. You bring practical experience in the support of an ERP system or comparable business applications You understand business processes and can record requirements in a structured manner and translate them into pragmatic technical solutions You bring practical experience with data queries, reporting, or automation, for example with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power Query, OLAP, or comparable technologies. You understand the technical environment of business applications and move confidently in a typical application stack: Windows Server, databases, web servers, and basic network contexts. You do not have to be a specialist everywhere. It is important that you recognize dependencies, systematically narrow down errors, and involve the right internal or external departments if necessary. You work independently, systematically, and responsibly and maintain an overview even with parallel topics You communicate confidently with users, process owners, internal departments, and external partners You have very good German and good English skills It is more important to us that you bring a solid technical basis, initiative, and willingness to learn than that you already master every technology used.
