Emmen \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Ensure the operation and maintenance of complex 15 reconnaissance drone systems (ADS15) • Analyze, plan and implement short, medium and long-term strategies aimed at ensuring the availability of computer systems • Monitor the operation of simulator systems and resolve problems • Lead the management of updates, data and configuration; establish the necessary supporting documents for annual JAR/EASA requalifications • Establish and modify image databases, 3D models and tactical scenarios • Instruct personnel in the IT field <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution (bachelor in computer science / engineering) or equivalent training (information technology or electrical engineering) • Deep and detailed knowledge concerning computer networks and systems as well as expected developments in this field • Experience managing systems on different platforms (Windows, Linux, embedded systems) • Ability to globally evaluate complex IT-related problems from different aspects (security/risks, technical, organization, needs and finances), to set priorities, to develop and follow up on draft solutions • Analytical and systemic way of thinking, pronounced ability to work in a team and to cooperate • Written and oral knowledge in a second official language and very good command of English <br /> In a few words When cutting-edge technology meets the world of aeronautics: as a specialist, you ensure that our modern flight simulators are operational, accurate and reliable at all times.
