IT Head Switzerland (m/f)

Your tasks • Overall responsibility for the local IT organization in Switzerland • Leadership and further development of the Infrastructure, Operations, as well as Data & AI teams • Ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance IT operations at several Swiss locations • Development and implementation of the local IT strategy taking international specifications into account • Management and implementation of infrastructure, digitalization, and transformation projects • Promotion of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and AI solutions to support business processes • Ensuring information security, data protection, and compliance according to applicable standards (e.g., ISO 27001) • Close cooperation with specialist departments, international IT teams, and external IT partners • Management of IT service providers and coordination of cross-departmental projects • Continuous optimization of IT processes and services Your profile • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable IT management function • Sound knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure, IT operations, system landscapes, and project management • Experience in the implementation of digitalization and transformation projects • Very good understanding of IT governance, cyber security, information security, and compliance • Experience in dealing with internal stakeholders and external service providers • Knowledge in the field of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or artificial intelligence is an advantage • Experience in a logistics or supply chain environment is a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset as well as a high solution and service orientation • Structured, independent, and responsible way of working • Strong communication personality with assertiveness and leadership competence • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland What awaits you • A responsible leadership position with great creative freedom • Demanding IT, digitalization, and transformation projects • A modern, international working environment with short decision-making paths • Attractive employment conditions as well as diverse development and training opportunities • Flexible working models and an independent way of working • A motivated team as well as a long-term perspective in a successful company
