For a newly created position in the field of digitalization, we are looking for a: Specialist in Charge of Digitalization 50 - 80% Shape the healthcare of tomorrow with: an exciting challenge awaits you at the interface of health policy, digital transformation in healthcare, and the further development of a networked care system. Your main tasks You actively participate in digitalization-relevant specialist committees, working groups, and projects, and occasionally take on their leadership. You support the implementation and further development of the digitalization strategy and develop decision-making bases as well as position papers for the association and its members. You represent the interests of H+ in national and specialist committees regarding digital transformation and actively contribute them. You take responsibility for your own subject areas within the H+ Digitalization Specialist Commission. You maintain the digitalization network with hospitals and clinics and promote systematic experience and knowledge transfer through suitable exchange formats as well as the joint development of basic documents. You observe technological developments and carry out market and environmental analyses in the hospital and clinic environment. Your profile You have a degree (University/FH) in a relevant field (e.g., medical informatics, informatics, health or economic sciences) as well as further training in the field of Digital Health or further professional experience in the digital health environment. Thanks to your understanding of the structures and framework conditions of the healthcare system as well as digital transformation (e.g., technical, semantic, and organizational interoperability) in the hospital environment, you position yourself as a credible specialist in the field of digitalization. You bring a high willingness to learn, acquire new topics quickly, and are interested in understanding and actively shaping the digital transformation in healthcare as a whole. You analyze complex topics and situations clearly and purposefully, bundle knowledge, draw appropriate conclusions, and can convey them in a manner appropriate to the target group. You are resilient, proficient in editorial work, confident in oral communication in German, and have good English skills or vice versa.
