Project Manager Structural Engineering (70%) Your tasks Planning and realization of structural engineering projects - from the project idea to commissioning Client-side project management and coordination in SIA phases 1 to 5 Preparation of condition analyses, feasibility studies, and decision-making bases Independent technical and administrative management of the projects Support in budgeting and investment planning Writing reports, applications, and working documents Leadership, coordination, and control of external planners, specialist planners, and contractors Representation of the municipality's interests as the owner and recording the needs of future users Ensuring costs, deadlines, and quality within the framework of project management Your profile You are an entrepreneurially thinking, committed professional with enjoyment in demanding construction tasks and a strong sense of responsibility. You possess: A completed degree (ETH, FH or comparable) in the field of architecture, construction management, or client representation, or training as a certified construction manager in structural engineering or technician in construction planning with a specialization in architecture At least three years of professional experience as a client representative, in the planning and realization of structural engineering projects in SIA phases 1 to 6 Sound knowledge of Swiss construction and planning law A secure judgment in urban development and architectural issues A structured, independent, and precise way of working High communication skills as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness Enjoyment in working with internal and external project partners Very good German language skills in speaking and writing Your perspective Versatile, exciting projects in a creative and collegial working environment await you.
