For our Oensingen location, we are looking for an engaged personality as Case Management Professional Integration (80%) by agreement. In this function, you will accompany and support participants and learners in professional (re-)integration into the primary labor market throughout the entire integration process and take on a central hub function. Your tasks: Regular exchange with participants and assigning offices through weekly and location discussions Observing, checking, and accompanying the goal agreement and its implementation in cooperation with the specialist support and job coach Regular reporting and ongoing management of the dossier with the case management software Close contact with the assigning offices and all other involved contact persons Your profile: In-depth experience in labor integration in the environment of the IV as well as further training in the area of Case Management, Coaching, or Social Welfare Knowledge in social insurance law (IV) High social competence as well as independence and solution-oriented action Experience in dealing with mentally impaired persons and in crisis management Independent and responsible working method Very good PC skills (MS Office) and stylistically correct German in word and writing What can you look forward to?
